Three reduce-body-focused aero/tone interval workouts. They finish progressively more challenging, so you be able to smoothly advance to the next even as you get stronger. The cardio segments are non-impediment fat-burners; they include high-striking moves like "star jumps," "scissor lunges" and "authority jacks." The toning segments are equally severe; they feature classic buns/thighs exercises like squats, hydrants and sect lunges.
